Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by ADR Institute of Canada, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.
